JT Conception (formerly Trump Conception) is a ten-member groove orchestra playing at the borderlands of jazz, funk, jazzrock and world music, performing the compositions by award-winning composer and bassist Janno Trump. He assembled the band in spring 2015 and by now they have released three albums: "One" (2016), "Wait For It" (2017) and "How Far Can You Go?" (2024). With its full big bandish sound and intense musical energy JT Conception has been sailing as a mothership at local jazz-funk scene and in 2019 they were awarded as the "Jazz Ensemble of the Year" in Estonia.
During the years JT Conception has collaborated with internationally recognized artists as Nils Landgren and Philip Lassiter and has performed at different jazz festivals in Estonia and abroad.
